Field Art Projects advised Willis Newson on the selection of artists for three landmark commissions for the new Southmead Hospital, commissioned by North Bristol NHS Trust. Field Art Projects carried out research and identified a short list of appropriate artists for selection by the Art Advisory Group at the Hospital. This resulted in the appointment of Tobias Rehberger to make a series of works for the three atriums along the spine of the main building; Jaime Hayon who created a series of installations within three major interior courtyards; and Laura Ford who proposed a series of sculptures across the exterior spaces in the Hospital grounds.
