Textile artist Michael Brennand-Wood created Flight Paths in response to the colours, textures and architecture of the East Winter Garden. Four constructed relief panels hang in pairs either side of this glass-roofed space, each comprised of layers of tracks made up of tiny mosaic tiles in red, white, black and grey. Like drawings suspended in air, the works are diagrammatical interpretations of the wing tip vortexes alluded to in the title.
Location: East Winter Garden, Bank Street.
